30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with Smart Media within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase
  • The guarantee applies only to subscription fees, not to additional services or add-ons
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms and Conditions
  • You have not exceeded the usage limits of your subscription plan
  • You have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Your refund request is submitted within the specified timeframe

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Professional services and consulting fees
  • Custom development and integration services
  • Training and onboarding sessions
  • Advertising spend on platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram)
  • Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of Smart Media for unused services or overpayments. The amount of the partial refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription and the date of your refund request.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period unless within the 30-day guarantee
  • You may request a refund for unused services within the 30-day guarantee period

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue with Smart Media, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount.
